Here’s how it works:
We offer a FREE …NO COST… Walk through Consultation. We can also do this by Photo’s.
We will meet with you at the home to assess the timing and contents you wish to liquidate. We will discuss a date to conduct your sale at this time.
We come over for several days with staff and price everything. I will research any special items paintings, silver, jewelry, or Fine Art for current market values. We have extensive materials in our research library at our fingertips. We then run the sale with the home open to the public. After the sale is complete we leave the home in a broom clean condition. We pay you within 5 business days with a check. Sent to you Priority Mail.
All Sales are advertised and promoted with many venues we have developed, including Newspaper ads, and our own extensive email lists and specialized Internet Sites. The sales are held on site at each home with friendly knowledgeable staff on hand each day. Typically a sale runs 2-4 days through a weekend.
